The mission of Haines City Ratters, Inc is to provide social, recreational and educational programs to residents of the greater Haines City Area.
The mission of Haines City Ratters, Inc is to provide social, recreational and educational programs to residents of the greater Haines City area in order to increase community pride and cohesiveness, decrease prevalent community problems such as juvenile crime, teen pregnancy and drug activity in the program's service area.

Haines City Rattlers, Inc., was formed by Buster Raggs Sr. in 1996. Buster is a father of 6 and current teacher for the Polk County School Systems.
Recognized as "Coach Buster", Buster Braggs Sr. began as a Police Officer and Lieutenant that faithfully served the community for 25 years while
dedicating his life to mentoring the community's youth. During this time, Coach Buster led Haines City's little league basketball and football teams, coaching his Junior team to win the City League Championship.
After several years with the city's league, Coach Buster signed with Haines City High School, where he served as an Assistant Coach, an Offense Coordinator for the Junior Varsity team, a Running Back Coach and a Scout Coach for the Senior team. Coach Buster helped lead the team to the State Finals in Gainsville, FL in 1992.
Eventually, Coach Buster left the high school to return to working in the youth programs where he has pushed his teams into winning numerous championships, including the Jr.'s Florida Classic Bowl Senior Game in 2014.
Coach B Raggs has taken on the role as the Haines City Rattlers, Inc's President since 2006. He also serves as the organization's Athletic Director and Senior Coach, working alongside the board of directors to ensure the success of the organization's mission.
